Return & Refund Policy – SnapSteam™

At SnapSteam™, our goal is to provide you with high-quality products and excellent support. Your satisfaction matters to us, and while we do not offer a money-back guarantee, we do accept returns under certain conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and cannot be changed.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • We provide a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are not issued for used, worn, or damaged items caused by normal use or misuse.

  • Returns sent without prior approval, or after 30 days, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for items damaged upon arrival).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and up to 40 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Items

  • Items are considered damaged only if they are defective or physically broken upon arrival.

  • Packaging damage (like a dented box) is not considered product damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Approved damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.

  • Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

Product Concerns

  • Always follow the usage and safety instructions provided with your SnapSteam™ product.

  • If you experience discomfort or issues, discontinue use immediately and contact us for guidance.

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided for your convenience.
